Why this programme
Most teams have access to AI tools and use maybe five percent of them. Not because the tools are hard, but because nobody has shown them what good looks like on their actual work.
This programme is that demonstration. Participants bring real tasks from their own week, and leave having automated or accelerated several of them.

What it covers
Assistant fluency: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
What each is genuinely better at, how to move between them, and the prompting habits that separate a two-minute answer from a twenty-minute one.

- Claude
- Gemini
Prompting as a repeatable skill
Structuring prompts as reusable team assets rather than one-off tricks. Templates, context, and knowing when the model is guessing.

Questions
About Productivity Boost with AI Tools
Do participants need any technical background?
None. This is the most widely delivered programme precisely because it works for finance, HR, operations, marketing and support teams as readily as technical ones.
Which tools does it cover?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini as the core assistants, plus Microsoft 365 Copilot and NotebookLM where relevant, and automation tooling such as n8n. The emphasis is on judgement between tools rather than loyalty to one.
Can it be delivered to a large group?
Yes, though the hands-on portions work best up to around 20 people. Larger groups are usually split into cohorts, or run as a briefing plus smaller workshops.
Ready to scope a cohort?
Tell me the team size, their starting point and what you need them to be able to do afterwards. You’ll get a proposed shape and a fixed quote back.
